At MSK Coloring, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures for all our products.

Physical Books

All our physical books are sold through Amazon. Amazon handles all returns and refunds.

How to Return a Physical Book:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account
  2. Go to "Your Orders"
  3. Find your MSK Coloring order
  4. Click "Return or Replace Items"
  5. Follow Amazon's instructions to complete your return

Amazon Return Policy:

  • 30-day return window
  • Book must be unused and in original packaging
  • Full refund available per Amazon's terms
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after return received

Important: MSK Coloring does not process returns or refunds for physical books. Please contact Amazon customer service for any assistance.

Digital Products & Clipart

NON-REFUNDABLE - FINAL SALE

All digital products and clipart are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged for the following reasons:

  • Instant Delivery: Digital files are available immediately upon purchase and can be downloaded instantly.
  • Unlimited Access: Once downloaded, you have permanent and unlimited access to the files.
  • Content Protection: Digital products cannot be "returned" as they remain in your possession after download.

Before Purchasing:

  • Carefully review product images and descriptions
  • Check file specifications (format, size, pages)
  • Contact us if you have questions before purchasing

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged Physical Books:

If your physical book arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact Amazon immediately through your account
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage
  3. Amazon will send a replacement or offer a full refund

Digital File Issues:

If you experience technical issues with your digital files (corrupted file, broken download link, etc.):

Contact our support team within 48 hours:

We will quickly resolve any legitimate technical issues. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund - we will provide a working replacement file.
